Job Description

Responsibilities:

Making Job descriptions
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
Aligning the candidates for next rounds and doing further coordination till joining
Responsible for documentation, induction and training of new joiners and explaining company policies.
Responsible for acting as a bridge between employees and management and ensuring high morale along with the high staff performance.
Administer employee benefits programs and serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Manage end-to-end payroll processing, from employee hire to exit, including payroll master creation and full & final settlements.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

Candidate requirements:

Analytical skills
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in recruitment & payroll, preferably in the FMCG space
Confidentiality is mandatory in this role
Must be consciously aware of all HR related laws
Good communication skills (English) - both written and oral
