Job Description

As a Recruiter at our company, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute recruiting plans. You will network through industry contacts, job portals, social media, and employees to attract top talent. In addition, you will be tasked with developing and tracking goals for the recruiting and hiring process. Your role will also involve coordinating and implementing college recruiting initiatives, handling administrative duties, and maintaining accurate recordkeeping.
