Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Post job openings on job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Assist in payroll processing and coordination with accounts/payroll teams.
Prepare and manage HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and exit formalities.
Handle intern hiring, training coordination, and performance tracking.
Support employee engagement activities and HR operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and payroll.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment portals and HR processes.
Basic understanding of payroll, attendance, and labor laws.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR documentation.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

Experience with ATS or HRMS software.
Experience in agency hiring or bulk hiring.
Immediate joiner preferred.
