HR Executive - Recruitment

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Executive specializing in Recruitment to support our end-to-end hiring needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and assisting in onboarding processes across multiple departments. This role demands an individual who is organized, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while ensuring a seamless hiring experience for candidates and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for various junior, mid-level, and support roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, referrals, and walk-ins.
• Screen CVs, shortlist suitable candidates, and conduct initial HR rounds.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning.
• Schedule interviews and maintain communication between candidates and panel members.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, interview trackers, and hiring reports.
• Assist in creating job descriptions, job postings, and recruitment strategies.
• Conduct reference checks and support the onboarding process.
• Promote employer branding through effective communication and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and hiring standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline; HR certification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR documentation.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office and job portal usage.
