We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented HR Executive / Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle and support key HR functions. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding, coupled with excellent proficiency in digital tools.
Recruitment & Sourcing:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions across various departments.
Source and screen candidates using various platforms including Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
Conduct initial telephonic and virtual interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
Negotiate compensation and extend offer letters to selected candidates.
HR Operations & Administration:
Manage new hire onboarding and induction processes.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (HRIS).
Assist in day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including generating reports and handling employee queries.
Experience 2 to 3 years of proven experience in HR/Recruitment.
Computer Proficiency Mandatory strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with any HRIS/Recruitment Management System (RMS) is a strong plus.
Core Skills Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented with good time management.
