Job Description

Job Summary:
Responsible for recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, performance management, and statutory compliance to ensure smooth HR operations and a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment & onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records & manage HR databases.
  • Coordinate payroll, attendance & leave records.
  • Support performance appraisals & training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws & HR policies.
  • Organize employee engagement activities.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in HR/Business Administration (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  • 1–3 years of HR experience (freshers with internship can apply).
  • Knowledge of labor laws & HR software.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
