Job Description

HR Executive

Tasks:

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate HR policies, programs, and practices aligned with organizational objectives and labor regulations.
  • Handle recruitment and selection processes, including creating job descriptions, posting job ads, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Manage payroll, employee benefits, and leave records in compliance with company policies.
  • Design and coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.
  • Address employee grievances and ensure resolution in accordance with organizational policies.
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws and company policies, ensuring ethical practices and a positive workplace culture.
  • Compile and analyse HR metrics for reporting and decision-making purposes.
  • Document all HR activities, ensuring proper record-keeping and confidentiality.

Work Activities:

  • Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates — Sharing HR-related updates, policies, and employee feedback with team members and management.
  • Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships — Building strong, professional relationships with employees and fostering a collaborative workplace.
  • Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work — Setting priorities for recruitment, employee engagement, and HR-related tasks to meet organizational goals.
  • Resolving Conflicts and Negotiating with Others — Mediating disputes or disagreements to maintain harmony in the workplace.
  • Documenting and Recording Information — Maintaining accurate records of employee details, performance reviews, and HR processes.

Soft Skill:

  • Active Listening — Understanding employee concerns and addressing them empathetically and effectively.
  • Critical Thinking — Evaluating complex HR situations to determine the most appropriate actions or solutions.
  • Social Perceptiveness — Understanding employee needs, motivations, and workplace dynamics to foster a positive environment.
  • Time Management — Effectively managing multiple HR responsibilities within set timelines.
  • Conflict Resolution — Skillfully mediating workplace conflicts and promoting resolutions that align with company values.

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of labor laws, workplace health and safety standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training modules.
  • Ability to handle employee grievance procedures and exit interviews professionally.
  • Documentation and record-keeping as per company and legal standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
