HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations and contribute to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance. This role is key in maintaining a positive workplace culture and ensuring HR processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and systems.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Handle employee queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in performance review processes and training program coordination.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Generate regular HR reports and analytics for management.
• Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Assistant, HR Officer, or similar role (typically 1–3 years).
• Strong understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Discretion and confidentiality are essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in handling recruitment or HR operations in [industry].
• Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.

Pay: ₹11,808.94 - ₹35,772.66 per month
