Job Description

As a part of this role, you will be responsible for managing various Human Resources tasks such as overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees. You will also be required to maintain employee records, update HR databases, and handle the preparation and management of employment contracts, HR policies, and procedures. Additionally, organizing training and development programs, managing employee grievances and disciplinary processes, as well as coordinating performance review cycles and employee appraisals will be part of your responsibilities. This is a full-time position with benefits that include cell phone reimbursement and commuter assistance. The schedule for this role is day shift, and the preferred language of communication is English. The work location for this role is in-person.
