Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Executive to join our team at AS Pharma Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
Foster a positive work environment through conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement performance management systems.
Analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in human resources, preferably in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficient in MS Office and other HR software applications.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
