Reports To: Head of HR
Location: Dhamtari,CG.

Job Summary:

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement & payroll coordination. This role ensures smooth HR processes and supports the overall employee lifecycle.

Key Day-to-Day Activities & Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Posting job openings on job portals and social media.
  • Shortlisting CVs and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinating with department heads for manpower requirements.
  • Conducting initial screening calls and interviews.
  • Maintaining recruitment trackers and follow-ups.

2. Employee Onboarding & Induction

  • Preparing offer letters and appointment letters.
  • Collecting required documents from new hires.
  • Conducting onboarding sessions and explaining company policies.
  • Ensuring smooth joining formalities and orientation.

3. Attendance & Leave Management

  • Monitoring daily attendance and resolving discrepancies.
  • Managing leave applications and maintaining leave records.
  • Preparing attendance reports for payroll processing.

4. Payroll Support

  • Coordinating with the accounts team for payroll inputs.
  • Ensuring accurate salary processing and resolving salary-related queries.
  • Managing reimbursements and deductions.

5. HR Operations & Documentation

  • Maintaining employee files and updating HR databases.
  • Preparing HR reports such as headcount, attrition, and recruitment status.
  • Drafting HR policies and ensuring compliance.

6. Performance Management

  • Assisting in goal-setting and appraisal processes.
  • Following up with managers for timely performance reviews.
  • Supporting initiatives to improve employee productivity.

7. Employee Engagement

  • Organizing employee engagement activities, events, and team-building sessions.
  • Addressing employee grievances and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Gathering employee feedback and taking corrective action when needed.

8. HR Communication

  • Circulating HR notices, updates, and internal communications.
  • Handling exit interviews and offboarding formalities.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of employee data and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field .
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
