1. HR Generalist

Role: Handles day-to-day, broad HR functions.

Payroll & attendance
Leave management
Employee engagement
Training coordination
Exit formalities Role: Ensures the company follows all labour laws & statutory regulations..
PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus compliance
Factories/Shop & Establishment Act compliance
Audits & labour inspections
Employee records maintenance
Drafting HR policies in line with labour laws

Focus

Legal/statutory safety of the company
Works closely with management & leadership
Workforce planning (right people for business needs)
Performance management & succession planning
Change management & culture building
Advises managers on people strategy

Focus: Strategy + Business alignment (not just operations)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
