Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information.
• Conduct reference checks and background verification for potential hires.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on candidate selection.
• Assist in the development of job descriptions and job postings across various platforms.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and its opportunities.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India.
