Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our HR department at Ankur Lighting's manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR operations, with a primary focus on recruitment, payroll processing, statutory compliance (PF & ESI), and attendance management through biometric systems.

Key Responsibilities:1. Hiring & Recruitment

  • Handle the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with department heads to assess manpower needs and create job descriptions.
  • Post jobs on portals and social media platforms.
  • Maintain candidate databases and generate hiring reports.
  • Conduct employee onboarding, document collection, and induction sessions.

2. Payroll & Attendance

  • Manage monthly payroll processing including salary inputs, leaves, attendance, overtime, and deductions.
  • Ensure accuracy in salary disbursement and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Monitor and update employee records in the biometric attendance system.
  • Generate attendance and shift reports from the biometric system for payroll inputs.

3. Statutory Compliance (PF & ESI)

  • Handle PF and ESI registration of new employees.
  • Ensure timely monthly filing and payment of PF & ESI contributions.
  • Coordinate with external consultants for inspections or audits.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee compliance records.

4. General HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee personal files and records.
  • Draft HR letters such as offer letters, increment letters, experience letters, etc.
  • Support HR Manager in implementing HR policies and practices.
  • Address employee queries related to HR functions.

Key Skills Required:

  • Good understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, payroll software, and biometric systems.
  • Experience with PF, ESI, and payroll processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Commerce / Business Administration.
  • 2–4 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
  • Prior experience with payroll software and statutory portals (EPFO/ESIC) is preferred.
