Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Field HR to manage client interactions, oversee field activities, and support basic HR operations. The candidate should have a personal vehicle, basic computer knowledge, and good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients for visits, follow-ups, and requirement updates
• Supervise and monitor field activities to ensure timely completion
• Maintain and update daily reports, field logs, and client records
• Assist with office tasks including data entry, documentation, and emails
• Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams
• Handle on-field tasks responsibly and report issues promptly

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in client coordination, field supervision, or a similar role
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
• Basic computer/system knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, manage time, and handle field duties independently
