Job Description – HR Executive

Position: HR Executive
Location: 4/5 Building no, opposite Venkateshwara college, Satya Niketan, New Delhi, Delhi 110021
Salary: ₹20,000 per month
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist in drafting HR policies and ensuring compliance.
Manage employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
Support payroll preparation and leave management.
Coordinate training & development programs.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
