About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative and driven Influencer Marketing Executive to join our team at Hallstatt Life, a contemporary men’s fashion brand. If you live and breathe Instagram, love discovering creators, and know what clicks with Gen Z & Millennials — this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:

* Identify and onboard relevant fashion, lifestyle & content creators that align with our brand vibe.

* Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns — from outreach to coordination, execution, and performance tracking.

* Build and manage long-term relationships with influencers.

* Work closely with the content and design teams to brief and finalize deliverables.

* Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers.

* Track performance (reach, engagement, ROI) and create campaign reports.

* Keep an eye on trends, formats, and rising creators across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).

What We’re Looking For:

* 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing / talent management (fashion/lifestyle preferred).

* Strong knowledge of Instagram and current creator trends.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Highly organized with attention to detail.

* A good eye for aesthetics, tone, and brand alignment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
