Job Description

Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment for Web & Mobile App developers, UI/UX designers, and other IT roles Develop and implement HR strategies that align with company goals Manage employee onboarding, engagement, and retention programs Handle performance management, appraisals, and conflict resolution Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices Create and maintain a positive and productive work culture Requirements: Proven experience in HR for a Web & Mobile App development company Strong understanding of IT job roles, hiring trends, and recruitment channels Experience in technical hiring, screening resumes, and conducting interviews Excellent communication and people management skills Familiarity with HR tools and applicant tracking systems Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
