Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HR Executive to join our team at Parex Technologies in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience in the IT industry and a strong background in human resources.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Develop and maintain relationships with employees, management, and other stakeholders.
Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Handle employee grievances and conflicts fairly and promptly.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Proven experience in HR operations, preferably in the IT industry.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software applications.
