HR Executive (Internship)

Guiding Partners is a growing consulting/recruitment/training firm dedicated to helping organizations build strong teams and positive workplace cultures. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in human resources operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
• Support onboarding and employee engagement activities
• Maintain and update HR databases and employee records
• Draft HR documents such as offer letters, internship letters, and job descriptions
• Assist with performance management and learning & development initiatives
• Participate in HR projects, surveys, and internal communication initiatives

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Management, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a dynamic environment
