HR Executive (Internship)

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive Intern to join our company. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to core HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in Human Resources by gaining real-world experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support the onboarding process of new employees, including documentation and induction.
• Draft HR letters, policies, and other documentation as required.
• Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM/BBA in HR, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
