Sales Executive (Fresher)

Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic freshers who are interested in starting their career in Sales. The role involves communicating with customers, generating leads, supporting the sales team, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and understand company products/services to explain clearly to customers.
• Conduct daily follow-ups through calls, messages, and field visits.
• Assist in generating new leads through online research, references, and local market visits.
• Maintain daily activity reports, inquiry logs, and customer interaction records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and daily operations.

Daily Convenience & Work Expectations

• Maintain punctuality and daily attendance.
• Ensure timely updates of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
• Be available for daily briefings, sales planning, and team meetings.
• Perform field visits or customer meet-ups as needed.
• Use company communication tools regularly and responsibly.

Required Qualifications

• Any graduate.
• Good communication skills (English and regional language).
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow.
• Positive attitude and confidence to speak with customers.
