HYA Tech Private Limited is a leading name in fixture manufacturing, committed to innovation, quality, and a people-first work culture. We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive to join our growing team and support the HR operations of our Hosur plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Support:
• Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for various roles.
• Maintain candidate databases and update records.
• Onboarding & Induction:
• Coordinate joining formalities for new employees.
• Conduct induction sessions and maintain employee files.
• Employee Engagement:
• Organize employee welfare activities and celebrations.
• Assist in conducting feedback sessions and surveys.
• Attendance & Leave Management:
• Monitor daily attendance reports.
• Track and manage employee leave records.
• Documentation & Compliance:
• Maintain HR records, files, and databases in an organized manner.
• Support statutory compliance and documentation.
• Payroll Support:
• Coordinate with the accounts team for attendance data.
• Assist in preparing salary inputs.
• General HR Assistance:
• Support in handling employee queries.
• Assist the HR Manager in day-to-day activities.

Desired Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree / MBA in HR or related field.
• 0 to 1 year of HR experience (Freshers with HR internships are welcome).
• Basic knowledge of HR functions & labor laws (preferred).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
