Assembly Technician

You are a skilled Assembly Technician specializing in automation fixtures and mechanical assembly, sought by HYA Tech Private Limited located in Hosur. Your primary responsibility will be to assemble fixtures based on engineering drawings and ensure functionality meets quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include assembling fixtures according to technical drawings and mechanical layouts, interpreting 2D/3D drawings and GD&T specifications, conducting fixture proving based on provided test charts, working with mechanical components to ensure accurate assembly and alignment, performing quality checks post-assembly, collaborating with design and production teams for continuous improvements, and maintaining documentation of assembly and testing reports. To excel in this role, you should have 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in fixture assembly, a strong understanding of mechanical components and automation jigs/fixtures, proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T, experience in fixture proving and test chart interpretation, and the ability to work independently and troubleshoot assembly issues. Preferred qualifications include a BE or Diploma in Mechanical or Tool Engineering, experience in a tooling or automation company, and basic knowledge of CNC/PLC integration.
