As an HR Executive at Camptra Technologies, you will beresponsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, includingrecruitment, employee relations, talent development, compliance, and strategy.You will work closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with thecompanys goals and ensure that our organization remains a great place to work.

Responsibilities

Assist inrecruitment activities: job postings, resume screening, and interviewcoordination.
Manage employee onboarding and exitformalities.
Maintain employee data, HR files, anddocumentation.
Coordinate attendance, leave tracking,and payroll inputs.
Address employee queries related to HRpolicies and procedures.
Support the implementation of HR policiesand employee engagement initiatives
Ensure compliance with Indian labor lawsand statutory requirements.
Prepare basic HR reports and MIS.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in human resources, BusinessAdministration, or related field.
3-6 years of experience as an HR Executive or HROperations role
Experience in the IT\/Software industry is anadvantage
Working knowledge of Indian labor laws and HRcompliance
Familiarity with HRMS, ATS, and MS Excel
Good communication, coordination, andorganizational skills
Ability to work independently and managemultiple tasks
