Job Title: HR Executive / HR Generalist (US Staffing Experience Required)

About the Role:

We are looking for an HR professional who has hands-on experience working with US staffing firms and strong knowledge of both India HR operations and US onboarding/documentation processes. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR activities for our Hyderabad office while also supporting US compliance requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

India HR & Operations

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and exit formalities for India employees.
  • Handle payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
  • Maintain HR records, employee files, and compliance-related documents.
  • Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and HR administration.
  • Work closely with management to ensure smooth HR operations.

US Staffing–Related Responsibilities

  • Manage US onboarding documentation for consultants (C2C, W2, 1099).
  • Review and coordinate US paperwork such as MSA, SOW, onboarding packets, tax forms, and compliance documents.
  • Ensure proper verification, document collection, and policy adherence.
  • Work with recruiters and consultants to complete onboarding tasks and address documentation queries.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of HR experience

    from a US staffing company

    (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of US tax terms:

    C2C, W2, 1099

  • Knowledge of

    MSA, SOW, onboarding packets

    , and compliance for US placements.
  • Solid understanding of India HR processes including payroll, onboarding, HR operations, and statutory compliance basics.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong attention to detail, organized, and proactive.


Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience working with ATS or HRMS tools.
  • Exposure to maintaining consultant records for US clients.
