Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s workforce needs. Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and role requirements. Write and post effective job descriptions on various platforms (job boards, social media, career site). Source potential candidates through databases, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Screen resumes and applications; conduct initial HR interviews. Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers. Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process. Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) regularly. Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding. Participate in employer branding initiatives and career fairs. Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular hiring reports. Stay updated on labor laws and industry hiring trends. Strong understanding of recruitment tools and platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously. Familiarity with ATS and HR databases is a plus. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of modern sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search). Experience in hiring for both technical and non-technical roles. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Prior experience in a high-growth or BPO/IT/startup environment is a plus.
