Job Description

Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.Coordinate onboarding activities, ensuring smooth integration of new hires.Maintain and update employee records, both in physical and digital formats.Employee Relations:Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.Address and resolve employee concerns promptly while maintaining confidentiality.Foster a positive and productive workplace environment through engagement initiatives.HR Policies and Compliance:Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.Performance Management:Support performance appraisal processes and assist in identifying training needs.Track employee progress and suggest improvement plans when needed.

Knowledge of HR Rules & necessary compliances.
