HR Executive (Generalist)

Role Overview: As an HR Generalist Recruitment & Compliance based in Ranchi, you will be a part of the Human Resources department, reporting to the HR Manager or Head of HR. Your primary responsibility will involve recruitment and HR compliance. You should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, preferably with an MBA/PGDM. A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and HR compliance is required, along with a deep understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance. Your role will demand strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to effectively manage sensitive and confidential information. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct recruitment activities such as sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. - Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to recruitment and compliance activities. - Provide support in handling employee relations matters and performance management processes. - Assist in the implementation of HR programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention. - Collaborate with various stakeholders to address HR-related issues and concerns effectively.
