Job Description


  • Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with department heads for workforce planning and training needs.
  • Maintain employee records and manage HRIS systems.
  • Facilitate payroll coordination with the finance team.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, and maintain positive workplace culture.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR management, preferably in education, technology, or service sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and best HR practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
