The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and supporting core HR functions to ensure smooth organizational operations. The role requires someone who has hands-on experience in the IT and consulting domains. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding. Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs. Utilize job portals, social media, and professional networks to attract top talent. Maintain recruitment trackers and reports. HR Operations: Support in employee onboarding, induction, and documentation processes. Assist in maintaining HR records, employee data, and reports. Contribute to policy implementation, employee engagement activities, and compliance. Address basic employee queries and escalate issues as needed. Key Requirements: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (mandatory). Minimum 2 year of relevant experience in HR and recruitment, preferably in IT and consulting sectors. Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and HR operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office tools and familiar with HR software/ATS systems.
