HR Executive (Fresher)

You are a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive (Fresher) who is eager to kickstart your career in Human Resources by joining our team located in Mohali. As part of our Human Resources team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and more. Your responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment activities such as job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling. You will also play a key role in supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining employee records, coordinating employee engagement activities, and ensuring HR compliance and documentation. Additionally, you will be drafting various HR letters and addressing employee queries while collaborating closely with the HR team on different initiatives and tasks. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws. Proficiency in MS Office tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required, and a willingness to learn and grow within the HR function is highly valued. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail will contribute to your success in this position.
