Role Description

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver engaging HR training sessions across domains such as:Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionPayroll & Compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, POSH, etc.)Performance Management & Appraisal SystemsLearning & Development (L&D)HR Analytics & Tools (HRMS, ATS, Excel, etc.)Prepare training materials, case studies, and practical assignments.Conduct role-plays, mock interviews, and simulations to enhance learning.Monitor and assess student performance through reviews, tests, and projects.Stay updated on the latest HR practices, laws, and technology to integrate into teaching.Mentor students for internships and final placements.Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement of the program. Skills & RequirementsStrong understanding of core HR functions (Recruitment, Payroll, Compliance, L&D, etc.)Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skillsProficiency in HR tools: MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom/Google Meet, HRMS/ATS softwareAbility to explain complex concepts in a simple, practical wayPassion for teaching and mentoring fresh graduatesMale/Female candidates may apply (Freshers with strong HR knowledge welcome)---Educational QualificationMBA (HR) / PG Diploma in HR / BBA (HR) / Equivalent HR Qualification
