With 10+ stores and rapid expansion across multiple cities, we emphasise teamwork, discipline, customer-first service, and continuous growth. Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Executive to handle recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, employee engagement, attendance, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will help build a strong, motivated, and high-performance team across all Foniton stores. Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & HiringCreate job postings and coordinate with job portals/social media. Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews. Schedule in-person interviews and coordinate with department heads. Maintain a continuous pipeline of candidates for sales, service, and store roles. 2. Onboarding & DocumentationPrepare offer letters, appointment letters, and ID cards. Collect required documents (Aadhar, PAN, bank details, etc.). Conduct store orientation for new joiners. Maintain employee files and HR records. 3. Attendance & Salary CoordinationMaintain daily attendance and leave records. Coordinate with accounts for salary generation. Track late marks, absenteeism, and store-wise attendance issues. 4. Training & DevelopmentCoordinate daily/weekly training sessions. Track employee performance and help team leaders set KRAs/KPIs. Maintain training reports and improvement suggestions. 5. Employee Relations & Store CommunicationBuild healthy communication between management and staff. Handle grievances, discipline issues, and store-related complaints. Conduct monthly employee meetings and feedback sessions. 6. HR Policies, Compliance & SOPsEnsure implementation of company rules and regulations in all stores. Maintain HR SOP checklists for each department. Assist in implementing PF/ESIC (when applicable). Support audits and performance review processes. Desired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR/Business Administration. 1–3 years of HR experience preferred (retail experience is a plus). Strong communication and people-handling skills. Good knowledge of recruitment, attendance systems, and basic HR rules. Ability to multitask and maintain discipline across teams.
