HR Executive

We're Hiring: HR Executive | Euro International School

We're on the lookout for an HR Executive who can bring both heart and hustle to the table. Someone who believes HR is not just about policies, but about people, passion, and purpose.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Find and attract the best minds in education and support staff
• Manage job postings, screening, interviews, and selection
• Roll out the red carpet for new team members

HR Operations & Records

• Keep our employee files squeaky clean and up-to-date
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leaves, and HRIS updates
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESI, etc.)

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Be the go-to person for employee queries and concerns
• Design and execute staff engagement programs and wellness initiatives
• Create a workplace where people feel heard, valued, and empowered

Performance & Development

• Assist in performance management cycles and appraisal processes
• Collaborate on staff training, upskilling sessions, and workshops
• Support a growth-oriented feedback culture

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or relevant field
• 2–4 years of experience in an HR role (school/education sector a plus!)
• Familiarity with labor laws, HRIS systems, and employee lifecycle
• Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
• A proactive attitude, creative mind, and love for working with diverse teams
