Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities : Plan, organize, and conduct induction presentation for the new joiners. Complete the joining formalities i.e. collect the required documents, filling up the employee profile, giving the id/access cards to all the new joiners Taking signatures on induction policies, agreement copy & the transport policy Meeting them at least once every day to check on their comfortability & problem related issues. Counseling employees on leaves and other issues. Co-coordinating with the payrolls regarding their Bank account details and submission of required documents. Handling employee grievances. Visiting all the floors on a regular basis. Interacting with the managers and team leads to check on probable attritions coming up and talking to those agents. Notice board updates - events around the city and health tips with horoscope and various other activities. One-on-one session with agents (formal & Informal) and updating the management regarding any issues Canteen issues Handling transport grievances. Salary administration i.e. bank accounts, attendance, promotions, revisions, terminations, incentives, bonus, arrears, etc., Conducting exit interviews Regular team building activities for all projects Celebration of all festivals Sending Birthday and Anniversary wishes to all employees Organizing sports and other events at least once a year Compiling attrition rates and updating management the reason for attrition Provided reports/advise to the management on any area that needs attention to prevent attrition or to improve employee retention Maintenance of HRMS Attendance and attrition reports Employee Retention Mapping Performance Appraisal consolidation Medical Insurances To conduct employee profiling and update the management regarding the loop holes which in turn will be a feedback to the recruiting team Maintaining inventory for Stationery, Medicines, headsets & ear muffs. Also external activities like buying gifts for the farewell, festival s etc. Maintaining dress code Bridge between management & employee communication; Compensation and benefits administration; Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health; and Employee services and counseling. Induction refreshment for all employees every 3 months.
