Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives. Conduct surveys, collect feedback, and analyze data to measure employee satisfaction and engagement levels. Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to address employee concerns and enhance company culture. Support wellness programs, team-building activities, and corporate social responsibility initiatives. Maintain records of engagement programs and track their effectiveness. Engage with retail store employees to ensure alignment with company culture and values. Plan and execute engagement initiatives specifically for retail store employees to enhance their motivation and performance. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree 1 year of experience in employee engagement, HR, or a similar role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong understanding of retail work environments and employee motivation strategies. Ability to manage engagement programs tailored for frontline retail employees. Experience in conflict resolution and handling workplace concerns specific to retail teams.
