Job Overview

Dotcom IoT LLP is seeking an enthusiastic Human Resources Executive to join our team in Surat. This full-time position requires a minimum of one year of experience in the HR field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, ensuring efficient HR operations aligned with our organizational goals. The role demands proficiency in key HR areas, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and attendance management.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Human Resources Executive or similar role for at least one year.
  • Strong ability in employee relations, including addressing employee queries (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in talent acquisition practices to attract top-notch talent.
  • Experience in attendance management and monitoring employee attendance records.
  • Knowledge in performance management practices to evaluate and enhance employee performance.
  • Familiarity with HR analytics to interpret HR metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Competence in compensation and benefits management to structure competitive salary packages.
  • Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) for efficient HR process management.
  • Ability to engage in strategic sourcing to identify and recruit high-potential candidates.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to fill positions with qualified candidates.
  • Maintain employee records and manage essential HR documents and reports.
  • Address and resolve employee queries and issues effectively to promote a harmonious workplace.
  • Monitor and manage attendance records to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide timely feedback to employees.
  • Assist in designing and implementing employee engagement and recognition programs.
