Field Installation Engineer

The Field Installation Engineer will be responsible for the successful installation and maintenance of IoT devices. You will need to fix technical issues with the devices, guide workers during installation, update firmware and software, manage device configurations, conduct field inspections, and collaborate with clients to meet project specifications. Additionally, you will monitor device data, generate reports, and provide suggestions for improvement. Qualifications: - BE / B-Tech in Electronics and Communication (EC) or Electrical Engineering - Diploma in Electronics and Communication (EC) or Electrical Engineering with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience - Freshers with a similar interest can also apply Key Responsibilities: - Fix technical problems with IoT devices - Guide workers during device installation - Explain installation steps to workers - Update device firmware and software - Manage and configure IoT devices for optimal performance - Conduct field inspections to check device condition and performance - Identify and report any unusual problems - Visit client sites to assess installation requirements - Collaborate with clients to understand needs and ensure project compliance - Proficient in handling IoT dashboards - Monitor device data and provide improvement suggestions - Generate reports and data analytics as necessary Key Qualifications and Skills: - Experience in IoT device installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting - Strong communication and explanation skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and in a team - Knowledge of IoT technologies and protocols is advantageous,
