HR Executive

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:· Hiring & Onboarding Formalities:

• Coordinate pre-employment processes including background checks, reference verifications, and medical checks (if applicable).
• Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, employment contracts, and other joining documentation.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of employee information during onboarding.
• Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Update and maintain the employee database with new hire information.

Documentation & Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in physical and digital formats.
• Ensure timely documentation of HR processes such as confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.
• Draft HR letters such as experience letters, salary certificates, and employment verifications.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies in all documentation.
• Regularly audit employee files and documentation for accuracy and completeness.

General HR Support:

• Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with internal departments for documentation requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee data.

Analysis of Reports/Data

• Any additional work assigned by management as and when required.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

· Graduation or equivalent

• Grip in excel (pivot table, Formulas, V lookup, H lookup, look up, presentation by charts and graphs)
• Fluent written/ Verbal communication skill in English for handling customers

Great Analytical skills would be preferred

Should be able to take initiatives

Should be able to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
