About Us:

Centous is a growing IT company specializing in Shopify, WordPress, Laravel, and React development. We work with international clients and focus on building a positive, growth-oriented work culture. We’re looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive who can manage our people operations and support recruitment, employee engagement, and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment — from job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews to offer letters and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
  • Maintain candidate database and pipeline for future hiring.
  • Conduct employee orientation and ensure smooth joining formalities.

2. HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and attendance.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and exit documents.
  • Manage leave records and ensure timely payroll input.
  • Assist in policy implementation and HR documentation.

3. Employee Engagement

  • Plan and organize team events, celebrations, and recognition activities.
  • Conduct monthly feedback sessions and help build a positive work environment.
  • Support employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.

4. Communication & Coordination

  • Communicate clearly in English — both written and verbal.
  • Coordinate between management and team members effectively.
  • Draft HR emails, memos, and announcements professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment (preferably in IT company).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR software/tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Positive attitude, confidentiality, and strong organizational skills.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with HRMS tools (e.g., Zoho People, Keka, or similar).
  • Familiarity with performance review systems or employee engagement initiatives.
  • Understanding of IT/technical recruitment (WordPress, Shopify, React, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹1,000.00 per month
