Job description:

The HR Executive is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business goals. This role will manage a team of HR professionals and work closely with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:

Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support the company's mission and growth.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Lead recruitment strategies and initiatives to attract top talent and manage workforce planning to meet current and future organizational needs.

Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: Act as the point of contact for complex employee relations issues, providing guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.

Performance Management: Oversee the implementation of performance management programs, including goal-setting, feedback processes, and annual performance reviews.

Learning & Development: Develop and implement employee development programs to enhance skills and leadership capabilities within the organization. Identify training needs and facilitate programs to foster employee growth.

Compensation & Benefits: Manage and assess compensation and benefits strategies to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market trends and organizational objectives.

HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, staying updated on legal and regulatory changes. Advise leadership on HR compliance and risk management.

Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives, working to foster a positive and resilient culture during transitions.

HR Metrics & Reporting: Develop key HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives, reporting regularly to senior leadership on performance, trends, and improvements.

Leadership & Team Management: Supervise, mentor, and develop HR team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Required

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters degree preferred).

1-2 years of experience in HR.

Proven experience in managing HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and performance management.

Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage complex projects and navigate organizational change.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency with HR software and MS Office.
