Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource operations. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and HR compliance. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for people management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Address employee queries and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Support HR Manager with reports, documentation, and audits.
