Job Overview

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage

    end-to-end recruitment

    for sales, marketing and customer relations roles.
  • Understand manpower requirements from different departments and prepare

    JD and sourcing strategies

    accordingly.
  • Source candidates through

    Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and local real estate networks

    .
  • Conduct

    HR screening and preliminary interviews

    to assess skill fit, communication, and attitude.
  • Coordinate with department heads for final interviews and manage

    offer rollouts, negotiations, and onboarding

    .
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and ensure adherence to defined hiring timelines.
  • Build and maintain a

    talent pipeline

    for future requirements in sales and site teams.

Employee Management & HR Operations

  • Act as the

    primary HR contact

    for employees at the head office and regional offices.
  • Handle

    employee grievances, discipline, and conflict resolution.

  • Maintain accurate

    employee records, attendance, and leave data

  • Support

    payroll processing

    , confirmations, and exit formalities.
  • Conduct

    induction programs

    for new joiners and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Assist in drafting and implementing

    HR policies, procedures, and compliance activities

    as per company standards.

Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Plan and execute

    employee engagement activities

    across departments and regional locations.
  • Conduct

    employee connect sessions

    and gather feedback to enhance workplace morale and satisfaction.
  • Support initiatives to

    reduce attrition

  • Promote a

    professional, performance-driven, and collaborative work culture

    aligned with organizational values.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in

    Human Resources / Business Administration

    or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of HR experience

    , preferably in a

    real estate, or property consulting firm

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    real estate hiring profiles

    (sales, CRM, marketing, etc.).
  • Excellent communication (written and spoken English)

  • Proficiency in
