Job Description

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for HO and regional positions as per organizational requirements.
  • Source suitable candidates through job portals and other channels.
  • Prepare and issue Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, and KYC sheets.
  • Create Employee Codes, manage biometric registration, and facilitate the onboarding process.
  • Organize induction sessions and ensure completion of joining documentation.
  • Coordinate issuance of ID cards, visiting cards, SIM cards, and welcome mailers.
  • Conduct background verification and share GMC/GTI details for Zenplus employees.

Employee Engagement & HR Operations

  • Plan and execute monthly employee engagement activities for HO and regional employees.
  • Send birthday and welcome mailers to employees.
  • Maintain crew data follow-ups from regions and update HR databases regularly.
  • Ensure timely approvals and budget management for employee engagement activities.

HR Administration

  • Maintain and circulate diaries count, Diwali gifts count and holiday lists for all the regions.
  • Prepare and share consultant agreements and manage their invoices.
  • Support payroll inputs by maintaining accurate HR data.
  • Ensure compliance with documentation and organizational HR policies.

Tender & Resource Management

  • Prepare and submit pre-bid queries as per tender requirements.
  • Share CVs of shortlisted candidates for tenders.
  • Draft and manage budget planning of manpower resources as per tender requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across HO and regions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS/HRIS, and job portals.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.

Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field.
  • 25 years of experience in HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Experience in healthcare or service industry preferred (advantage).
