Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR personal to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in

    end-to-end recruitment

    sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support

    onboarding and documentation

    of new employees.
  • Maintain and update

    employee records

    and databases.
  • Assist in organizing

    employee engagement activities and HR events

  • Coordinate with various departments for HR-related processes.

Desired Skills & Qualities:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Qualification:

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in HR, Management, or a related field.
  • MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory.
