Job Description

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • End-to-end recruitment (sourcing screening interview offer onboarding)
  • Strong understanding of

    BFSI and NBFC job roles

    (e.g., Relationship Manager, Credit Analyst, Loan Officer, Sales Executive, Underwriter, Claims Officer, etc.)
  • Ability to source candidates through

    job portals (Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, Indeed)

    and local networks
  • Resume screening and shortlisting based on

    job role fitment

  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews with internal stakeholders or clients
  • Salary negotiation and offer management

2. Domain Knowledge (BFSI & NBFC)

  • Understanding of

    financial products & services

    loans, insurance, mutual funds, credit, etc.
  • Awareness of

    compliance and regulatory requirements

    in BFSI recruitment
  • Knowledge of

    sales and back-office profiles

    common in BFSI (Field Sales, Telesales, Collections, Operations, etc.)
  • Understanding performance metrics and KPIs used in BFSI roles

3. Candidate Relationship Management

  • Building strong relationships with candidates for

    pipeline management

  • Ensuring a

    positive candidate experience

    throughout the recruitment cycle
  • Maintaining candidate databases and follow-up systems for future roles

4. Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinating with

    clients or business heads

    to understand manpower requirements
  • Regular follow-up on open positions and candidate feedback
  • Maintaining good

    rapport with hiring managers

    and client HRs
  • Preparing

    daily/weekly recruitment reports

    and dashboards

5. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Managing

    employee onboarding

    , background verification, and documentation
  • Maintaining

    MIS reports

    , recruitment trackers, and Excel databases
  • Handling

    joining formalities

    and initial HR induction
  • Supporting payroll, attendance, and employee records (if required)

6. Tools & Technology Skills

  • Job Portals: Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, Indeed
  • CRM / ATS Systems (Applicant Tracking Systems)
  • Excel, Google Sheets for MIS reporting
  • MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) for client reports and presentations
  • Email and calendar tools for communication and coordination
