Role Objective:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive – Talent Acquisition to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, build a strong talent pipeline, and support strategic hiring across business verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand manpower requirements and job specifications from department heads
• Source candidates using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, Indeed, and employee referrals
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database
• Support in campus drives, walk-ins, and bulk hiring initiatives
• Manage pre-joining formalities and ensure smooth onboarding
• Coordinate with HR operations for offer letters and joining documentation
• Provide a great candidate experience and maintain employer branding
• Assist in preparing recruitment reports and analytics

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in HR or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (Manufacturing/Engineering preferred)
• Good understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple roles
• Proficient in MS Office and ATS systems (preferred)
