  • Talent Acquisition:

    Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
  • HR Operations:

    Handle employee records, HRIS updates,
  • Employee Engagement:

    Plan and execute engagement activities, feedback programs, and initiatives to boost morale and workplace culture.
  • HR Support & Coordination:

    Assist in policy implementation, grievance handling, and ensuring alignment with company HR practices.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR recruitment, operations, or employee engagement roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS, ATS, and other recruitment/HR tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
