Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
Maintain and update employee records and handle HR documentation.
Oversee payroll administration, attendance, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, and other applicable labor laws.
Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate employee training, development programs, and engagement initiatives.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Address employee queries and provide HR-related assistance.
Manage exit formalities, clearance, and full and final settlements.
Prepare and maintain HR-related reports and manage data in HRMS/HRIS systems.

Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance is desirable
